Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your Neemsaj order. If something's wrong with what you received, we'll make it right.

Eligibility for returns: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Due to the nature of some products (e.g. opened detergent sheets or lit incense), certain items may not be eligible for return once used.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to request a return: Email us at info.neemsaj@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
